Being asked to join Gillian and Kyle's vendor team was an honor as Gillian is a fellow friendor and amazing wedding planner herself. We had worked with her on several other weddings, but we were up to the task of executing this vision. She and Kyle wanted a modern garden party with a focus on architectural elements and clean lines on their invitation. They truly wanted something classic and timeless. They fell in love with their venue the Conestoga House and Gardens, so we tried to draw as much inspiration as we could from the property. We loved the black and white checkered floor, the railing lines and pattern as well as the arches on the windows and doors. We replicated the arch shape in their save the date and invitations. Our favorite part: We loved the gold application they choose to add on. We did a vellum foil envelope on their save the dates. Their invitations had hand dipped ink and a gold foil illustration of the Conestoga House and Gardens.
